Preparative Hybrid Silica Phase for Purification of Peptides and Mid-sized Molecules.
YMC-Triart Prep C4-S is an organic/inorganic hybrid silica particle derivatized with C4 (L26 USP designation). Available in 10 µm, this stationary phase was designed for the purification of peptides and mid-sized molecules. It boasts a wide pH range of 2 – 10 for normal use, and up to 12 for column cleaning. This allows for more efficient cleaning-in-place (CIP) procedures including the use of alkaline.
