Wayne Nettany

Wayne Nettnay is the Sales Director for YMC America. He leads the global sales team and is responsible for the sales of Bio/Pharmaceutical downstream processing equipment. Wayne has over 30 years of direct sales and sales management experience in this industry including 25 years with Pall Corporation and their Northeast distributor, and The Chisholm Corporation as VP of Sales with full P&L responsibility. After Pall, he worked 3 years at Novasep Inc. as their Eastern North America Sales Director and was responsible for selling Chromatography equipment, protein A resin (Absolute HC), and large molecule CMO services. Wayne has a consistent track record of building and leading successful sales teams and driving growth. He holds a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Michigan and has practical experience having spent two years as a Purification Technician working for Beckman Instruments before beginning his sales career.
