Haibo Mao

Haibo Mao is a Manager of Automation and R&D at YMC America. Haibo has spent more than 16 years specializing in automation control, process design, start-up, and commissioning of equipment and systems.

During this time, Haibo has worked on projects within pharmaceutical, chemical, pulp and paper, and biofuels industries. His main role includes being a manager and technical leader on projects, consisting of automation programming, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) developing, and technical support, as well as research and development projects where Haibo has gained extensive experience within software development and system design.

Haibo has an MSE in Chemical Engineering, an MSE in Electronic Engineering and is a registered professional engineer.
