Capillary Columns for MicroLC and NanoLC
YMC capillary columns are specially designed for rapid high-resolution gradient chromatography to meet the requirements of microLC/nanoLC. They are made with a fused silica inner body with a polymer coating for nanoLC columns (0.1 / 0.075 mm ID) and a stainless steel outer body for microLC columns (0.3 / 0.5 mm ID).
With two different connection options, our capillary columns are compatible with several common LC/MS systems.

Guard/Trap Cartridges
- Capillary guard cartridges are available for challenging matrices (use with a column coupler).
- Use without a coupler for desalting or trap and elute procedures.
A custom-made stainless steel column coupler is supplied with every pack of three capillary guard cartridges to guarantee the optimum connection with low dead volume. Couplers can also be purchased separately.
