YMC-Pack Pro C18 RS exhibits elevated recognition of stereoselectivity due to high carbon trifunctional bonding. Columns maintain a strong resistance to acid and alkali, and the separation selectivity for compounds that differ only slightly in hydrophobicity is outstanding. In addition, extensive endcapping of the stationary phase results in excellent peak shape for basic compounds.
YMC-Pack Pro C18 RS is ideal for method development, as it can be used over a wide pH range (1-10) and many eluent conditions.
