MarvelXACT™ UHPLC Connectors
MarvelXACT™ UHPLC Connection Systems are designed to prevent over- or under-tightening with a patented torque-limiting mechanism. Once optimum torque has been achieved through finger-tightening, a “click” will let you know that you’ve achieved the perfect connection! MarvelX sealing technology, in which fittings seal at the bottom of the port, eliminates additional internal volume and minimizes the risk of carry over, peak tailing, and broadening. MarvelXACT connectors can withstand pressure up to 19,000 psi for routine use and maximum temperature of 120 °C.
YMC carries 100 µm ID connectors in 150, 250, and 500 mm length with both stainless steel and PEEK-lined stainless steel assemblies.

YMC Handy Connectors
YMC Handy Connectors are available for both high- and low-pressure tubing systems and are suitable for metal-free tubing systems using PEEK tubes.
Handy Connector 1 can resist pressure up to about 21 MPa. The entire unit is made from PEEK and connects easily to tubing systems via the integrated ferrule.
Handy Connector 2 can be used for connection to the injection side of a column, as it can resist pressure up to about 42 MPa, and is also useful for connecting a guard or precolumn filter. This connector can also be used with metal-free tubing systems as the ferrule at the wetted part of the connector is made from PEEK. In addition, the user need only replace the removable ferrule when it deteriorates, as opposed to the entire connector unit.
